In the past articles, we have talked about problems such as phone turning off by itself and we said how to fix it. Now we will talk about some google play errors. Google Play Store is one of the default and functional apps, which is available on all Android phones. This program actually leads you to the Google’s application store and has the responsibility of updating the apps which are installed on the phone. But in some circumstances, there may be problems with how the program runs, which can lead to various error codes while working with the program. In this article we are going to introduce a list of Google Play errors, and explain the solution to fix any of these errors.

Errors on Google Play may occur at anytime that you are working with your phone. Fortunately, most of the errors shown on the phone, and especially on Google’s services, have an error code that can be used to determine what does the error mean, and what part is it related to. All Google Play errors have a solution to be fixed. In the rest of this article, we will list some of the most important issues and errors that you may be encountered to, while working with Google Play, and afterwards we will explain each one.

Error: DF-BPA-09

Error DF-BPA-09 or “Error Processing Purchase” is one of the errors that we usually encounter when installing an application. Usually this problem will not resolve by downloading again and you will not be able to download the app from Google Play. To download this app, you can fix the problem through the following steps, but if the following method does not help you with your download, download your application from a valid source other than Google Play.

    1. Go to the Settings section of your phone and open the installed apps or “Apps” section.
    2. Among all the apps, find and open the Google Services Framework application.
    3. Click on Clear the Data and Clear the Cache options, and then download the program again.

Error: DF-BPA-30

This error is about a problem in Google Play servers and you can not fix it. The best thing to to do in this case, is to wait until Google itself fixes it. However, some users have managed to circumvent the problem by using their browser to search the application and opening their download page using the browser. You can also try this solution if you encounter this problem.

Error: DF-DLA-15

This Error from Google Play Store usually happens when an app is being updated or downloaded. To resolve this issue, the best solution is to go to the apps section on your phone and clear the data and cache of the application, for the program to be able to be updated again.

Error: rh01

this error also occurs when Google servers are not able to respond well to requests. To fix this error, the best solution is to clear the cache and data from Google Play Store and Google Play Frameworks. Another solution is to delete your Gmail account from your phone once, and then reboot your phone. After you turn on the phone, re-add your Gmail account to the phone.

Error: retrieving information from server

This error is also displayed due to server failure in giving response to requests, which is usually due to the lack of synchronization between your Gmail account and Google Play. The best solution to fix this Google Play error is as follows:

    1. Open the phone’s settings section, then go the Accounts section.
    2. Clear your Google Account and then restart your device.
    3. After you turn on the phone, add your Google account again.
    4. Go to the application section and then the Google services framework and clear the data and cache and then force stop the application.
